Photographer's Note

In 1992, with the Olympic Games, Barcelona opens up to the sea causing major town-planning disruptions. The result is a success.

The old industrial parcels are transformed and a new district arises: The Olympic Village.

Its harbour is an invitation to action, day and night: water sports, night clubs and bars. It is always very active.

Just aside is Barceloneta, the small Barcelona, the traditional district of boat and fishermen.

Mediterranean colors and sea food restaurants are in town and it is a mandatory passage before going to the beach.

Hope you will enjoy !
