Another one in this small series about gastronomy with a product that we also find so in the Boqueira market of Barcelona: the hot pepper!

It is here more precisely some Pimienton, a kind of paprika which is among others used to flavor the famous Chorizo sausage!

Good,sharp closeup of these hot fruits.I used them yesterday for Thai cockery.Wonderful bright red and orange tones and good contrast with the stems.
