Photographer's Note

Catedral de Santa María de Regla de León is a French-style Gothic cathedral built in the 13th century over the ruins of ancient Roman baths, but not fully completed until the 19th century.
It is an impressive church with intricately carved portals, glorious rose windows, one of the oldest choirs in Spain and beautiful sculptures. The cathedral is called "House of Light" because of 125 medieval stained glass windows.

Unfortunately I could take a picture only of the shaded side.
