Photographer's Note
A windmill in Ibiza in front of Sto Antonio bay. I was walking along the seaside and I set the camera in top of a small seaside cement sofa..After 3 trials I think I got the right exposure with a low ISO.. 15"

Hi Rui,
Really B & W photo without grey zone, good contrast between the bright and dark area, distinct photo, creative shot, well done.

Hi Rui,
You did indeed get it right. Sharp lines, nice high contrast. Good composition with the main details in the left of the picture. It works really well.
regards and thanks, Iain

Hello Rui,
An interesting minimalistic composition, where the white mills really stands out an the dark background!
A balanced composition with good details, a creative and artistic presentation...

Ola dear Rui, this scene jumps out of the monitor at me. You have captured the windmill so well, it is well-defined and beautifully contrasted. But what I like most is your brave choice of Black and White. It is superb. I have never thought to turn nightshots into Black & White and now you are making me re-think things completely. TFS and I wish you a lovely evening over there in beautiful Portugal, Lisa

You produced a very graphic and fine image here which exploits well the strong contrast between the white mill and the dark night. Very simple, very essential and very good!

A good prespective on this night B&W scene, Rui.
Windmils and wind turbines are an importent factor to keep our planet green... and our ancestors knew that before fossil-fuel was in use.
Bom tarde
Ike
