Photographer's Note
This photo shows stucco and tile detail on a wall in the Alhambra. This 11th century palace was the last Moorish stronghold to fall to the Catholic Reconquest in 1492. Stucco carvings and tile such as these cover most of the walls in this vast palace complex. This photo was shot in July of 2014.

I don't see why nobody liked this one. It's quite nice. Fine details and sharpness, good management of light.
