Photographer's Note

Today I had wonderful long day. I got up early in the morning to catch the bus to Cordoba. I do not know why they prepare breakfast in hostels so late. Again I went without it, normal :). In Cordoba first funny thing, I went the wrong way to my hostel and near Mezquita I met my good friends from Warsaw! I left my luggage and went sightseeing. First I went to Mezquita. It can't be comparedto anything in the world. Later I visit Alcazar and gardens. After that I went to see patios.
The Festival of Los Patios is held in Córdoba (Spain) halfway through May when spring is at its best. The Festival consists of a contest in which participants open their patios (courtyards) to others for free in order to be explored within the set opening hours. During the period of the festival, the most symbolic neighbourhoods in the old town of the city open up their hidden treasures for visitors to have a look around, at a time when blooming flowers turn the patios into beautiful domestic gardens.
The flowers in patios are incredible, the patios are little paradise. I visited about twenty of them and I didn't feel my feet:). But near my hostel was free flamenco show, so I went there and had gazpacho :). The show was very good,
After the show I went for some night shots on the Roman bridge. Uff, it is now 1 a.m.
Good night :)
