Photographer's Note

When I arrived to this place, it seemed quite deteriorated and that there was no one around. Then I read the name of the house: "El Caribe", (The Caribbean). I found no relationship between the house, surrounded by vineyards on the outskirts of Jerez, and the sea of this name. I began to take some pictures of the place, thinking in blue seas with warm waters and beatufull beaches of white sand with palm trees when I heard steps within the house, they were irregular steps, and suddenly the door opened and appeared a man of indefinite age, he had long hair and also the beard was so. He lacked a foot and instead had a prosthesis of wood and instead of his left hand he had a metal hook. He looked me and snapped: Who are you? what are you doing here? I replied that I was an amateur photographer who was taking some pictures. He ordered me to leave the place immediately and closed the door strongly. I heard some unintelligible words and a shrill voice that repeated them. Then I went to my car and I left the place thinking if that had been real or just a dream product of my imagination. I Looked through the rearview mirror amd I read the name of the place: El Caribe.
