Photographer's Note
Hommage to Ansel Adams
As you probably know, Ansel Adams is one of the greatest photographers of the 20th century. His specialty was photographing America's national parks. There is a story about his famous photo of a moon called Autumn Moon, the High Sierra from Glacier Point and here's that photo. The story says that he never wrote down the exact date, even year is not known. At that time there was no EXIF. Well, I lost the EXIF data of mine photo of the autumn moon too, but I kept the original which says it was taken almost one year ago. I took it from my window. The mountains you see are the Julian Alps.

Hi Alek,
Yes, your photo is a fitting tribute the simple, uncluttered beauty and fine B&W detail of Ansel Adams' photographs.

Hello Aleksandar,
Pleasant composition in a minimalistic approach!
Good tonal range and the moon is well exposed...
The foreground interest in the mountain rage gives good depth to the image!
Greetings,

Zdravo Aleks!
Pozdrav!

Hey Alex,
I liked this photograph a lot...is mistical, surreal and misterious...the long camp that you gave to the moon, leave us here somewhere a part wondering how small we are...
Well done!

Hello Aleks, like the idea about simplicity.
I would still like to see more of the bottom, but good image anyway.
Take care, R.

Hi Aleksandar
Nice angle and view of the moon. Not an easy subject to photograph but your angle and exposure are very good. Nice to include the Alps too, as they form a good reference point. Well done
