Photographer's Note

We continue our hike around Strunjan through its salt fields. They are not so big as Secovlje, a few miles across the hill, but people still exploit them and salt is of a best quality. There are two salt houses - picture shows one of them - where people live and some fields are also abandoned. As elsewhere in such fields a visitor can enjoy seeing specific plants, which grow only in so salty water and a lot of birds. The best time for visit is of course morning (this picture) and evening (pictures to follow).

Nice composition that you made here. I think the picture is worth a few more comments and critics for the lines are pretty interesting. I love the reflection og this little cottage and above all, I think the lines leading to it are the most powerful element of your composition.
