Number 2

If you know my last photos and the big news, you know what I'm talking about in this one. I started finding the number 2 symbolics inside my older photos, so I decided to post this one, where you can find the number two repeatedly throughout it. I laughed when I saw the date it was taken :) The photo was taken at the beautiful Bohinj Lake.

The colour contrast is very eye-catching!
Green and yellow work well in creating excitement...
It is a beautiful setting with several great elements, the bridge and the church to mention the most obvious...
I like how the human element adds life and interest value!

hi aleks, vidim da se še pod vplivom srečćnega dogodka. Tudi sliko v "intro" si zamenjal. Zdaj je verjetno gospa ?? že doma in lahko stvari počasi prihajajo v urejost.
Ta slika mi je všeč. sicer zelo podobna eni od prejšnjih , ampak vse slike iz tega odmopja so lepe.
Lepo se imejte vsi skup.

I love these bright yellow kayaks and how they stand out so well against the green grass. It's fun with the tree and church tower next to each other. The square format works well here.

Beautiful composition, Alex, with this twin boats, the prominent tower decorating the skies, the tranquil waters, the semi-reflections across the waters...

Two canoes, two arches, two roofs on the building the left and two people on the middle of the bridge... yes, I think I get the idea! :o)
A simple and yet nicely composed shot where the yellow boats stand out beautifully amongst the green grass. Hope you and all your family are doing fine!

Hi Aleks, great you manage to post in between diapers..:) very good compo of the colorful yellow boats, esp. with the two arches in bg; I guess you are seeing the number two everywhere now, that shouldn't be so difficult, so for a challenge what about a "four" scene with a "large" two plus a "small" two? I checked out your previous version. And I like this more. Kayaks are close. Square format fits well. And there indeed are pairs of many different things around the frame.

Hi Aleks. I'm a bit divided if I want one or both of the boats in the foreground. But they do add some zip to the colors and foreground. The rest of the shot is stately and beautiful. tfs Aleks!

I remember your earlier canoe shot and I think I like this one better; I like the closer detail of the canoes; especially the grass against the canoe. As usual, detail and color are excellent.

When I read your note I was expecting a date around January :-) So what does #1 think of #2??

Sprva nisem vedela če sta mi kanuja spredaj všeč ali ne...ampak sem opazovala boljše in našlja ljudi na desni...in potem imasta kanuja smisel, poleg tega da delata lep barven kontrast vsej sliki...
super je!
