Photographer's Note

A "prequel" is a story, most often a movie, describing what happened before something else happened, as contrary to a sequel, which tells what happened afterwards. It is a word most commonly used by Hollywood producers who have run out of ideas after making half a dozen sequels to a popular movie.

This is not from a movie, but it shows what I saw moments before I arrived at the square in the city of Bratislava where I took my last photo. You can see the same buildings along the street and the wall covered with graffiti up to the highly polished mirroring wall at the corner of a tunnel running under the street.

Here is a larger version.

A second prequel, taken moments after this, can be seen as a workshop.

Totally against my expectations Bratislava has turned out to be the city from where I have posted the highest number of photos on TE, in relation to how long time I spent there (about four days). It is much less known than a lot of other European capitals but provided me with lots and lots of photo opportunities of the "nothing special" kind of street-shots that I prefer.
