Pasulj sa suvim mesom i slaninom.

Pogled na sto sa skuvanim pasuljem , kiflom i casom crvenog vina.
Za pravljenje jelo, koristio sam
- pasulj, suvo meso i slaninu, crni luka i razne zacine.
Pasulj sam drzao u vodi nekoliko sati, zatim sam uradio prvo kuvanje koje je trajala oko deset minuta, izbaci sam vodu i stavio novu, dodao suvo meso i slaninu, crni luka, razne zacine i kuvao oko tri sata.
Rucak je bio po mom ukusu, skuvan po secanju kako ga je kuvala moja pokojna supruga.

To make the dish, I used -
- beans, dried meat and bacon, onions and various spices.
I kept the beans in water for a few hours, then I did the first cooking which lasted for about ten minutes, I drained the water and put in a new one, added dry meat and bacon, onion, various spices and cooked for about three hours.
Lunch was to my taste, cooked according to the memory of how my late wife cooked it.
