Welcome to TE with this fine photo. You observed this well and captured the moment in a very sharp and well exposed photo. The birds are nicely lined up and there is a fine contrast of yellow and blue areas, as well as fine reflections.

You have taken a fine close-up of the boat so both the boat and the birds are nice and sharp.
I like how the boat appears to be emerging from the corner on a diagonal, with the water reflections clearly visible.
