Photographer's Note

Bagrdan.

Pogled na dolinu i Bagrdanski tesnac, iz dvorista Pravoslavne Crkve na brdu, koju sam pokazao na ranijoj fotografiji.
Bagrdanska klisura predstavlja suzenje u kompozitnoj dolini Velike Morave blizu sela Bagrdan, po kojem je i dobila naziv. Klisura deli Pomoravlje na Gornjevelikomoravsku i Donjevelikomoravsku kotlinu. Dugacka je 14,5 km, a siroka 1,2-3 km i usecena u skriljcima. Klisura je jedinstvena po tome sto predstavlja domnu epigeniju.
Kroz Bagrdansku klisuru prolaze zeleznicka pruga i auto-put Beograd-Nis (Auto-put E-75).

Bagrdan.

View of the valley and the Bagrdan strait, from the courtyard of the Orthodox Church on the hill, which I showed in the earlier photo..
The Bagrdan Gorge is a narrowing in the composite valley of Velika Morava near the village of Bagrdan, after which it got its name. The gorge divides Pomoravlje into Upper Moravian and Lower Moravian basins. It is 14.5 km long and 1.2-3 km wide and is cut in shale. The gorge is unique in that it represents a domestic epigeny.
The railway line and the Belgrade-Nis highway (Highway E-75) pass through the Bagrdan Gorge.
