Susenje mesa ispod trema vikendice na obali reke Velike Morave.
Meso se isece na tanke komade, drzi nekoliko dana u so i onda okaci u kavez, da se susi na vazduh
Susenej na vazduh traje desetak dana, meso je vrlo ukusno za jelo.



Drying meat.

Drying meat under the porch of a cottage on the banks of the river Velika Morava.
The meat is cut into thin pieces, kept in salt for a few days and then hung in a cage to air dry.
Air drying takes about ten days, the meat is very tasty to eat.
