Novi bazen u zimu.

Iskoristio sam lep dan, da sa mojim unukom obidjemo rusevinu stare fabrike secera u Cupriji i novog bazena.
Fabrika šećera u Ćupriji, koju su izgradili Česi još 1911. godine, mogla je da preradi dnevno 5.200 tona šećerne repe.
U krugu stare fabrike bio je veliki bazen sa vaterpolo i plivackim klubom.
Bazen je modernizovan i napravljena su dva, jedan za odrasle a drugi za decu.
Sneg i kisa napunuli su bazene sa vodom.

New pool in winter.

I used a nice day to visit the ruins of the old sugar factory in Cuprija and the new swimming pool with my grandson.
The sugar factory in Ćuprija, which was built by the Czechs in 1911, could process 5,200 tons of sugar beet a day.
In the circle of the old factory was a large swimming pool with water polo and a swimming club.
The pool has been modernized and two have been made, one for adults and the other for children.
Snow and rain filled the pools with water.

Hello Pavle,
This was a very nice day, so nice that I could hardly believe it was this week. The clear blue sky gave you a perfect light, like in spring. The area we see is divided into rectangular sections of different colours, which give the photo a fine structure. The nearest column and the distant chimney are well placed and the photo has a very fine clarity.

Colors of the water, the artificial green lawn and blue sky made a nice outcome on thsoi photo, Pavle.
But, there is a notable backlight-reduction made on the software, which has no contributuon to the picture, in my humble opinion.

A good photo from a well chosen angle of the deserted pool in winter. The bright day and fine sunlight were very nice and make the colours look good.

Hello Pavle,

This looks very different from the ruined factory.
The scene looks clean and very sporty under this lovely blue sky. Who would believe it is February!
Your composition creates a fine, green f/g triangle, linking to the duo of swimming pools, whilst the vertical pillar is well positioned.

Hi Paja
As there is no-one in the water I assume that the pool is not heated. The pole is a bit distracting but I guess that it balances the old chimney.

A nice overall scene, looks like a beautiful swimming complex and appealing colour rendition especially contrast to green pavement. I like the lighting off the scene and diagonal lines which add depth to the pleasing image. Nicely done shot

Zdravo Pavle,
lep prostrani bazen, iznenađen sam kad vidim da je u februaru još uvek napunjen vodom, pomislio bih da se može smrznuti. Često možemo videti lep bazen i plavo nebo, a nikog na vidiku.
