Przenje ajvara.

Posao na pravljenje ajvara se nastavlja.
Posle pecenja crvene paprike se oljuste i izmelju. Samlevena paprika se stavlja u serpu sa uljem i przi na tihoj vatri.
Isprzeni ajvar se pakuje u staklene tegle, koje se stave u rernu sporeta i malo zapeku.
Ajvar je spreman za dugu i hladnu zimu .



Roasting ajvar.

The business of making ajvar continues.
After baking, the red peppers are peeled and ground. The ground pepper is put in a pan with oil and fried on low heat.
The fried ajvar is packed in glass jars, which are placed in the oven and baked a little.
Ajvar is ready for a long and cold winter.
