Wonderful Nuno. One of the best landscapes in b/w that I have seen lately. For me it's perfect. That small human silhouette looking at the grandiose beauty of the ocean...those stairs give it a superb geometry/graphism. The exposure makes for sensuous textures and your converstion is brilliant with fine tuned hues. An ode to the sea.
Thanks for sharing this and best regards

this is just fascinating nuno... the stairs being washed by the crazy waves add such drama to the whole scene... and the human touch atop is the cherry on the cake... congratulations...

Hola Nuno,
Una foto de gran expresividad. Las escaleras y la diminuta figura mirando al mar son perfectas y las has emplazado muy bien en la imagen. Excelente trabajo en blanco y negro con muy buenos contrastes.
Felicidades por este gran trabajo.
Parabens,
Mirari

Beautiful. I love the way the water washes of the steps in the long exposure. It adds a lot of atmosphere to the shot

great scene Numo.. the stairs look like as if they are covered by a light white curtain.. with the long exposure the effect is amazing.. and the person is in the right place in such a nice composition..
best wishes,

Hi Nuno
what a force this B&W shot, mainly due to the cloudy sky and the blurred movement of the waves. Of course, the person is placed at the right place and gives the scale.
Congratulations

superb photo ! I don't have good words to describe it. The the execution is perfect: time, tones etc. But I love the compositions, so simple, fitting perfectly the B&W, the best to capture the rage of nature !

Beautiful shot Nuno. Excellent composition and the lone observer helps the mood. I love the the effect of the water washing up on the stairs. Perfect in b+w. The rough waters in the ocean also helps to set the mood. TFS

Olá Nuno,
This is very creative one and you saw it perfectly as same the quality of your capture. Working B&W medium already increased mystical ambiance there. Fantastic effect of water flow due to your long exposure that makes your frame splendid one while the visitor helping us to scale your frame correctly.
Parabéns e Abraço!

Hi Nuno,
simply superb.
Not much else to add but if I want this critique to stay I guess I have to add sth aftrall...
Photo of mainly two powerful motives...water that creeps upon the stairs towards the other: a person. Their relation is simply fantastic. The person feels like it is embracing this creepy storm atmosphere with all the danger it brings. A person that isolated itself from the others...
Very dramatic with huge emotional charge.
Simply superb.
My compliments,
jeri

Esta fotografia está simplesmente espectacular, o efeito conseguido com o tempo de exposição ficou muito bem conseguido, captando o movimento da água pelos degraus. parabens Nuno
