Fishing a powder, a photo from Setubal, South

Photographer's Note

This photo was taken at palifitic port in carrasqueira,Setubal.
This piece of portuguese pottery is used for fishing the powders.The pottery goes to the water for some time,with a batte( i dont know if it writes like this)and the powder gets into the pottery and stays there.like in a shell.Then fishermen return and catch the pottery from the water and get the powder for dinner or for sale.

I like the angle from where you took the picture, also where the shadow is placed, the color contrast is good.

I like your use of matirial in this compocition.

composition, if it was my oicture I would have crop the bottom, show you in workshop.

I do like your picture, thats why I use some time, only to help, if it is so?.

Each can make such kind of pictures differently. I would like to make it leaving only the pottery item, blue colour and black background. Or even - just the blue colour (fine texture of old colour!!!) and pottery with shadow.
