Photographer's Note

This is the "Aqueduto das Águas Livres" was constructed between 1731 and 1748 during Portugal second golden Age. The Aqueduct has 35 arches, the highest of wich measures 66 meters. it was thw main water suplly system for Lisbon and just for you to imagine it´s sheer size, it spans for more than 50 Km outside Lisbon.
