Une vue nocturne sur le Tage avec le Pont du 25 Avril et la statue du Christ Roi illumines.

Le pont du 25 avril est un pont suspendu sur le Tage, qui relie Lisbonne a Almada et aux banlieues sud de la ville. D abord appelé pont Salazar, du nom du dictateur qui en decida la construction en 1960, il porte le nom de pont du 25 avril depuis la révolution du 25 avril 1974 (revolution des oeillets) qui destitua Salazar. La realisation du pont fut confiee à la societe American Bridge, qui s entoura de 11 entreprises locales pour realiser cet ouvrage de plus de 2km. Le pont fut acheve en 1966.

La Statue du Christ Roi est erigee en 1959, en guise de remerciement au Christ, pour avoir preserve le pays des massacres de la Seconde Guerre Mondiale. Ce monument de 110 mètres de haut, evoque clairement la statue du Christ redempteur, dressée sur la colline du Corcovado de Rio de Janeiro. Il offre une vue exceptionnelle sur Lisbonne et la riviere Tage .

Wonderful colours and brights, reflections are superb and sky looks gorgeous thanks to long exposure, a profesional work!! Brilliant!!

superbe prise de vue de ce pont de Lisbonne
j'ai même pris un PV pour avoir passer au niveau inférieur ou il y a le train la vue est intéressante mais c'est interdit logique, c'était en 92,tourner Mickael Jackson, PARIS,TOULOUSE, MADDRID, et Lisboa à la suite expo universelle pour le pavillon Français SEVILLE et Gibraltar, des bons souvenirs.

Marvelous night view of the long bridge and the figure of the Christ King. Spectacular composition, flawless sharpness, beautiful golden river. Nice illumination. It is similar to the Christ of Corcovado. have you seen the view from there?

A fantastic 30 sec. exposure brought a wonderful night scene over the Tajo and the bridge. The prolonged exp. made the wate seem silky. Photojob masterfully applied. Bravo.

What a beautiful, evening shot!
Your slow shutter speed has turned the river to an icy, reflective surface, an excellent contrast to the softer clouds in the sky.
The looping lights make a most attractive separation line, emphasising the good composition.

They chased me out of the fort at blue hour but I got some nice shots of this iconic Lisbon bridge anyway. The illuminated Christ statue in the distance on the opposite shore is very similar in style to the one in Rio. Nice reflections in the water and the warm orange colours add mood and ambiance. Tfs.

This is a beautiful night view of the calm sea and nice bridge. Really an excellent photo, and is a good example of nightscape mode. The great bridge lighting and the excellent reflections also lend a lovely contrast to the scene. Very well done my friend.
Thank you very much for your comment. I'm not changing my decision. I have problem to understand why TE cannot accept photographer's creativity and do not apply the same rules for displayed photos. I've posted many flower photos in this gallery without problem. The rose photo did comply with Rule 8/ii but it was removed (it happened to me many times).
You can find many flower photos in TE galleries.
IMO TE Editors are doing what they like without thinking about the photographer's intention.
There are so many superb photo platforms without funny restrictions available, why to waste time with TE.
