Photographer's Note
Bridge on the estuary of the River Tejo, inaugurated in 1966 with the name "Ponte Salazar", the politician who was in the origin of its construction. It is a metallic structure, with go more than of one quilómetro and very is seemed "Ponte of S. Francisco", in U.S.A.. In the beginning of the revolution of 25 of April, its original name was substituted by "Ponte 25 of Abril". Conceived as a bridge, road, as not only also railroad, since 1999 this last characteristic was only inaugurated, with the ticket of the first convoy
