Photographer's Note

In the River Gil„o in Tavira using a chalr„o in search of what comes to the fishing net. The chalr„o is a trawl gear consisting of a netting mesh too tight, tied at two poles that cross in a triangle. It is operated by a man that in shallow waters drags the net, sinking it and pushing it forward. The chalr„o was also used to catch fish that were stranded along the fishing nets
