Church of the Beheading of Saint John the Baptist in Pleszew - a Roman Catholic parish church in the city of Pleszew.
The temple has existed since at least the fourteenth century and until 1806 it was surrounded by a burial cemetery. Brick building, oriented, built as a gothic and rebuilt after burning in 1606 and 1715. Partly burnt in 1806. and rebuilt in the years 1807–1822, eclectic, with elements of Gothic walls. It was enlarged in 1854 by the eastern sacristy, and in the years 1873-1878 by the neo-Gothic chapel of St. Joseph. In 1933 it was entered in the register of monuments.

Pleszew is a town in central Poland, in Greater Poland Voivodeship, about 30 km nord of Ostrów Wielkoipolski. It is the capital of Pleszew County.

Hello Krzysztof,
It's a well composed photo with the nearest wall and the trees used as perfect frames. It's also well exposed with fine colours. The church really looks a bit eclectic in a slightly undefined style.

Czesc Krzysztof,
Uroczy kosciol z wieza ktora jakos nie przypomina wiezy kosciola. Bardziej wyglada na ratusz miejski, chociac oczywiscie reszta no i krzyz na wiez nie pozostawiaja watpliwosci.
Niebo troche malo niebieskie ha ha, no ale na pewno przypuszczales ze to napisze.Musze jednak przyznac ze przekonuje sie coraz czesciej do takiego okrutnego nieba, po prostu dlatego ze lepiej cos ciekawego pokazac z takim niebem niz wcale :)

Hello Krzysztof,

I like the soft, pastel colours and diffused lighting. Good sharpness and the red brick wall and roof tiles and the yellow cream façade add warm colours. Tfs!

The brick fence and the trees are framing well the church. The point of view is showing the details of the church of the Beheading of Saint John the Baptist. The light is bringing out the colors. Have a nice day.

A lovely photo of this church, whose two towers nicely rise up from behind the building. Its yellow tones are nicely surrounded by the greenery all around and the brick wall is well included in the foreground as well.
