Old water mill..., a photo from Wielkopolskie, West

Photographer's Note

During my bicycle trips, I visited an old inoperative water mill from 1929 in the town of Slawin.
I love the old technique and I like to look into interesting interiors.
Here is another beautiful old mechanism.

Slawin is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sieroszewice, within Ostrów Wielkopolski County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 20 kilometres, east of Ostrów Wielkopolski.

Witaj Krzystof,

The inside of this mill looks to have little natural light so you have done a fine job of capturing these old and very dusty features with such clear details, and lack of noise.
We can easily see the size of these huge timbers.

I wonder if it will ever be restored and turned into a working museum.

From this angle, the decrepit old water wheel resembles the inner parts of a giant watch. Good lighting, texture and sharpness. Tfs!

I have the impression that the interior of the old mill was in complete darkness. How was work done at the time?
