Photographer's Note

Sometimes are places, where seasons very clearly bear on the colouring of the environment, and defoliated trees and shrubs show hidden prospects before our eyesight by the best part of the year. Such place is the Citadel in Poznan.
The Citadel, this is the hill almost in itself centre of Poznan - to the year 1945 was found the here Prussian Fort Winiary. The fort Winiary came into being in years 1828-39 - was realized in new prussian-system. The joint length of outworks of the fort carried out above 3 kms, and his area approx. 1 square kilometre. The all rimmed fort was a moat about widths and depths from 9 to 12 m. During II world war the fort became greatly worn out, and after the war also undressed.

Photo performed with the analogous reflex camera Canon Eos 5 with the lens Canon EF 1.8/50, on negative material Ilford Delta 400. Presented photograph is a scan performed from the negative film.
