Photographer's Note

The Castle in Goluchow lies 15 km north-east of Kalisz. It's early-Renaissance brick construction of a defensive character. The castle was built in the years 1550-1560 for Rafal Leszczynski. It is surrounded by English landscape park (162 hectares).
The weather is not conducive to taking photos, the end of autumn, the beginning of winter, clouds, no light, but a very interesting place and I will visit it on a sunny autumn day. Now you can see more photos of Krzysztof (Fis) from this place - he lives nearby.

Lepo mesto i stara arhitektura u danu sa snegom, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama, kontrastom, perspektivom i uhvacenim trenutkom.

Hello Piotr,
Taken in autumn but already a winter scenery. Although the snow may not be very thick, it looks quite cold.
The castle is presented from a good angle showing all its towers nicely in a row.
The weather conditions were not the best but your photo is good sharp and has the necessary clarity.
I can imagine that the gardens look very beautiful in the summer.

I agree that the weather often creates problems for photographers at this time of the year, but in spite of the dull sky you managed a very clear and fine photo. You should be grateful to the snow that brightens the ground and creates a fine atmosphere. The castle is attractive and is nicely situated in the park.

To miejsce o ka¿dej porze roku robi wra¿enie.
Lubie je odwiedzac na rowerze, odleglosc w sam raz okolo 70 km!
Fajny moment, zamek przyproszony lekko sniegiem pieknie sie prezentuje.

Very impressive old castle with several towers. Flat grey sky is not the best for photos. But I like that thin layer of new snow adding brightness. Good off centre framing.

Splendid castle that shows off all its beauty increased by the snowy landscape, its towers magnify with the pyramidal roof, it seems that it has a beautiful courtyard with arches.

Mialem kiedys przyjemnosc odwiedzic ten uroczy palacyk. Niestety bylo to w czasach przedcyfrowych, moze zima zajrze znowu do archiwow...
Niebo nie jest w moim ulubionym kolorze tutaj ale do zimowej scenerii takie biale niebo nawet pasuje.
Swietny punkt widzenia, oczywiscie pamietam reportaz Krzysztofa. Moze kiedys zorganizujemy jakis TE meeting w tych okolicach :)

Widzialam juz zdjecia zrobione w gorszej pogodzie. :-) Nie ma juz wprawdzie zlotej jesieni i nie ma jeszcze grubej warstwy bialego puchu, ale krajobraz wyglada ciekawie przyproszony pierwszym sniegiem, jak swiateczny piernik cukrem pudrem. Zamek bardzo ladny, naprawde wart uwiecznienia na zdjeciu. Nigdy tam nie bylam, wiec ciesze sie, ze moge go zobaczyc na TE.
