Katowice railway station. The tunnel leading to the platforms.
And extended version of my note for some less smart viewers:
These silhouettes in the dark are the passengers going with their suitcases to the trains. Katowice railway station is rather gloomy place, what you can notice here.
The inscription on the wall "BISOK" has been written especially for my Australian friend...

Hello Jan,
This looks like any average Romanian train station, so it's in a good company.The light is well used for the perspective and the people walking through the corridor. It falls nicely on the woman in red and white. The woman walking towards the stairs is well placed.

W tunelach jest zawsze jakas aura tajemniczosci. Tutaj fajny smaczek z bisokiem, brawo za refleks.

Dziwne, chyba nie nacisnęłam Add i się nie zapisało.
Zabawne, ze Bisok (Mirek) przed wyjazdem do Australii zaznaczył tu jak kot swoją obecnosć :). Fajnie to wypatrzyłeś. Przejście koszmarne, zagryzmolone jak zresztą zwykle takie przejścia. Warszawa Wschodnia tez nie lepsza, ale coś tam teraz remontują. Fajne zdjeciez małpą w czerwonym :) Ożywia fotkę.

Hi Jan. The photographs of tunnel is extremely difficult because of the lighting situation. In your photo there is a good balance between shadow and light. Tunnels have always kind of a scary effect. Everyone is happy when he returns above. Regards, Wolfgang.
