Photographer's Note
Remember "Dead Class" by Tadeusz Kantor?
Dead Class (1975) was the most famous of his theatre pieces of the 1970s. In the play, Kantor himself played the role of a teacher who presided over a class of apparently dead characters who are confronted by mannequins which represented their younger selves. He had begun experimenting with the juxtaposition of mannequins and live actors in the 1950s.
This photo reminds me this event...

Hi Jan,
An representation that I'm used from Polonaise. It works with the darkness here! I would have added a bit more edge sharpness, but an interesting shot and an interesting note!
What was the real situation here? I'd almost think about a class for hairdressers.... ;-)

hello jan,
this photo is very nocurnal. although scenery it self does not seem to be very dark you very strongly emphasized the nocturnal side of it and created a unique mood out of it.
warm regards,

Hi Jan,
do I have to be afraid? A bit scary, also her expression is not very joyful. But I like this dark mood, consequently followed both by form and motive.
Regards,
Johannes

Very interesting portrait with a moody, dark presentation. It reminds me of a Twilight Zone episode that may have been from the same play your note mentions. Definitely a little spooky!
Have a great day, Jan!

Hi Jan,
A peculiar mood here. The movements and position of her arms creates a certain rhythm. But why the bruises on her left arm? Good balance her!
Kind regards
Gunnar

musialej ja bic przed ta foto sesja? jesli tak - mogles to zrobic zeby nie zostaly slady na jej rekach... wiem, wiem, bad joke again...
zdjecie kapitalne - przez ta tajemnicza czern i ponurowatosc kolorow... nieco psychodeliczne, ale jednoczesnie niezwykle wciagajace...

Mroczne i trzymające w napięciu. Ta smolistość cieni dodała charakteru temu zdjęciu. Od razu wiadomo czyja to praca.
Pozdrawiam,
