Photographer's Note

After the rain had passed by, we got back outside as quick as we could to capture some more photo's - thats the most important thing right! :)

Walking along the streets, I couldn't help but notice this tranquil and friendly atmosphere.

Looking back at my photo's of the backstreets in Prague, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow...its very different than the backstreets of Gdansk.

Here in Gdansk, even the so called backstreets look very clean, pristine, they may lack the ruggedness of chipped paint and cracked buildings, but they make up for it in beauty and elegance.

Gdansk was much different than most of the other cities i've mentioned, but all were tremendously photogenic.
