Lancut, is a town in south-eastern Poland.

£ancut Castle is a complex of historical buildings located in Lancut, Poland. Historically the residence of the Pilecki, Lubomirski and Potocki families, the complex includes a number of buildings and is surrounded by a park.

The castle is one of Poland's official national Historic Monuments (Pomnik historii), as designated September 1, 2005, and tracked by the National Heritage Board of Poland.

Owners
In the second half of 14th century, the land was the property of the Toporczyk family, who built a wooden castle on the hill. In the 16th century the castle belonged to Stadnicki family. Since the 17th century the property was in the hands of the Lubomirski family, and then the Potocki family until 1944.

La tour de l'horloge est bien mise en vedette, le bulbe venant couronner la toiture ne manque pas d'intérêt également.
L'édifice ne manque pas d'élégance avec ce superbe jardin et ces plantes grimpantes.

A fine tower in a nice castle. I like how the green plants grow high up on the wall. The contrasts of green, red and yellow are very nice. The colours of the photo are beautifully saturated and as always the sharpness is perfect.

the colors are so striking. talk about a strong visual punch, really nice. and being this close to the castle makes it feel larger and more powerful. sweet blue sky to make it all come together too. cheers

I do remember this church style in Poland, Slovakia and Austria. I am not an expert in this theme , but I can get some comparison. The colors are superb! This is one of the most eye-catching photos on the page. Well done! TFS!

wspaniale zblizenie wiezy zegarowej. Ten palac jest jedyny w swoim rodzaju! Niesamowite swiatlo i kolory. Swietne niebo ci sie rowniez udalo!
