Photographer's Note
This is famous Black Tarn in Gasienicowa Valley with dominating Koscielec (2158 m ASL).
Situated at 1620 m ASL, close to the Murowaniec shelter, the Black Tarn is one of the most picturesque and popular spots at valleys level in Tatra Mountains. Such a local evergreen ;)
Here, along the east bank run the trail up to Zawrat pass, which is the important junction for further routes at higher altitudes.

Hello Mat,
I like the composition you made for this beautiful place. It looks like there are three zones with great contrast between them.Sea,Earth and sky! Also nice colors and succefully field of depth.A very good one!

I guess that this water won't be too hot, but one would like to take a bath... Nice transition on the bank, good composition.
