Photographer's Note

I have already presented some photos from the Wall Street in my home town Tarnow. One of them was taken from a very similar POV (click here to see it). This is a fresh photo taken this month.

Note from the original photo:
Ulica Wałowa, translates as Wall Street. It surrounds half of the old town in Tarnów at the very place were the medieval city walls once existed. If you look at the map (panel in the right), you can easily recognize the round shape of the old town marked by the Wall Street. Not much is left from the medieval walls today. There is only one remaining fragment of a tower which was part of the wall (Basztowa Street). Wall Street is today a pedestrian promenade with plenty of shops and well restored tenement houses, some of which are richly decorated resembling small palaces.
