Perhaps the major attraction for tourists visiting Flåm is the famous Flåm Railway which makes its journey of 20 kilometres to Myrdal via twenty tunnels through some of the World's most dramatic and spectacular countryside.

However, this is definitely not the Flåm Railway. We had decided to travel on this little "train" to see some of the sights of the port of Flåm itself rather than spend all our day on the real train.

Here the young lady in charge of our little transport was about to sell us two tickets.

Here is the real train at the terminus in Flåm.

And here is another of the "real" train.

ISO 200, 1/320 sec at F/9, focal length 25mm.
