When Forollhogna National Park was established in December 2002 one of the consequences was the end of building cabins and vacation houses. And as always in a free market - prices will rise when the demand is larger than the supply..!

Today it is very difficult to buy a place in the FNP, it is very rare to find a property on the market and if that happens once in a blue moon the price is rocketing.

The place we see here is located within the protection area, on a great lot by the lakeside. I don't dare estimate a price if the place ever comes on the market but it for sure will be rather high...
