Photographer's Note

Trondheim Old Town Bridge was built in 1681 AD after the town was severely damaged in the great fire of 1681 just a few months earlier. The red wooden A frames at left are the Lykkens Portal. There was a fun run in progress when I was there and the bridge across the Nidelva River was crowded with joggers. In the bg are the wonderful old wooden storehouses that are a magnet for photographers. I've cloned out a bg construction crane which didn't fit the 17th century atmosphere seen here.
