Photographer's Note
Jostedalsbreen (Jostedal Glacier) is the largest glacier in continental Europe. It is situated in Sogn og Fjordane county in Western Norway. The highest peak in the area is Lodalskåpa at a height of 2,083 metres (6,834 ft). Jostedalsbreen has a total area of 487 square kilometres (188 sq mi). The photo is Briksdalsbreen (Briksdal Glacier), one of the arms of the Jostedalsbreen glacier.

The hard rocks on the left and the huge pack of ice on the right: two gigantic creations of nature.
The people, beying very small in this picture emphasize it all.
