STAVANGER - THE CITY ONE MUST GO IN ORDER TO VISIT PREIKESTOLEN! THE PULPIT ROCK! A ROCHA DO PÚLPITO!
A PRETTY SUNNY EVENING, in a place the sun never sets during summertime!
It was certainly one of the highlights of my trip to NORWAY! I expected so much for that and it was surely above all my expectations!
I woke up early in the morning of a wonderful day! I went to the harbor of STAVANGER, took a boat to TAU and, there, a bus to the starting line to the trail to that fantastic place!
Unfortunately I haven't been in total physical shape recently and I faced troubles to walk up for 3.8 km from that point to the end of the trail, right there in that marvelous spot!
I stayed there for a long time (around two hours or more) just enjoying the views and taking lots of pictures!
There was a lot of more walking to do around, but I didn't do everything I wished I could have done, because I still had to go back all the way again! Anyway, it was totally worth to visit that gorgeous location!
And yes, the entire day was of plenty sunshine and clear skies! I was so lucky!
But this picture was taken in STAVENGER, the city one must go in order to visit PREIKESTOLEN. I arrived in the harbor, there was plenty of sunshine and there were lots of people in the streets, in the bars and restaurants! It was lively and I enjoyed everything!
We were having the WORLD SOCCER CUP here in Brazil and there were people in some bars watching some games!

Hello Neyvan,
A very nice and inviting photo of daily life around this outdoor cafe on a lovely summer's day. The several white wooden houses look very nice and you handled the sunlight really well.

Hello Ney,
Another view on this pavement café; in fact I think I prefer this perspective to the previous one. An image well suited to the vertical format and with an attractive lively atmosphere. A pleasant reminder of warm summer days when you can sit outside, enjoying a refreshing drink and watching the world go by.

Hey Nevyvan,
A clear, nicely composed image. The architecture here is quite typical of Norway, with the weird crossed letters in the sign included. :)
Best regards.

Hi Ney,
beautiful town it seems. This wooden architecture is exactly how I imagine Norway! Thank you for sharing the tips I think the Pulpit Rock is where I would really like to go and so this town will be on the way. Charming architecture appears as well taken care off. You had stunning weather over there I doubt it is so great all the time and at poor weather this place probably is less spectacular.
Here people seem to have fun enjoying the beer garden.
Excellent capture!

Hi Neyvan
I think you have successfully conveyed the feeling of the city folks enjoying the summer sun in this excellent overall view of the street. The colours and light are beautiful as are the details. Well done.
Best regards
