Photographer's Note

On our way to Iceland and Greenland we stopped at Bergen. Said to be the second largest city in Norway. Lovely spot. On this day the dock-lined markets were open and many many vendors were out with yummy foods and interesting items for sale. I love these European coastal towns with colorful ports lined with cute/quaint merchant shops/homes. Here the whole dock area is covered with them. A wide dock with lots of walking area and vendor space. It was a great day. I have walked around the bay and the photo taken from the other side. Lots to see. Not a small town/city with a population over 270,000.
