Photographer's Note
Today I am presenting a picture taken at Oslo. Once again, I was out at the early hours of the day and walked around the harbour all the way down to the new Opera House the Norwegians are so proud of. They are right, because it offers an incredible and contemporary view. Somehow different from the one in Sydney. Plenty of straight lines sometimes broken ,to climb in various levels, buteven at these early hours youngsters were playing to balance themselves on the edges which in fact are risky . It must be a dangerous place to visit in winter when the temperatures go below zero.

Bonjour Izzet

Merhaba Dear Izzet,
With the silhouette of the youngster in the comportment of the cross country skier, the contrast of light and shadows makes this al lovely juxtaposition. The lines are sensational.
We came to Istanbul for a very short four days (Sept 5-9), when it was a time of mourning for my brother-in-law who had passed away 40-days earier. I'm sorry I could not contact you.
Please, call us, when you are in the States.

Hi Izzet
A great capture with this small boy regarding the huge buildings, and a picture that could be in B&W, due to the soft tones.
Congratulations and TFS.

Something fascinates me in this photo, perhaps the proportion between the man and the building or maybe the game of lights and shadows on the upper part of construction.Anyway very nice.
