Photographer's Note

Delft - a city and municipality in the west of the Netherlands (population of about 100,000), the city in its present shape was founded in the eleventh century. From the end of the 16th century, it is one of the main European centers of faience and porcelain production. Today it is a university center with over 13,000 students and over 2,000 scientists.
Delft is also an industry centre with metal, chemical and electronic industry.
Delft is called "Little Amsterdam", narrow old streets, numerous canals and many historic buildings.
In my photo you can see the city hall, it dates back to 1618-20, while the belfry is much older.
