A Horse With No Name, a photo from Drenthe, North

A horse with no name, but with a little story.
During a walk in the neighbourhood of Rolde (province Drenthe) we saw this beautiful horse.
My children were feeding her and then my daughter kissed the horse on it's nose. She is used to kiss all animals that she meets; dogs, cats, horses, frogs, worms, ants, you name it, she kisses it. When she kissed this horse, they
looked at each other for a few seconds, and then,
suddenly, the horse kissed my daughter !
And that was such a beautiful moment...

Beautiful photo. I, like your daughter, am in love with this horse; captured it with such great deatails and color. His eyes are a bit sad but he looks so gentle I can almost see his soul. Just simply gorgeous.

Nice story. But be careful, when she gets a boyfriend make sure you have a look at him before anything happens!

Lovely story and very nice picture. Je hebt de uitdrukking van dit paard en de fijne textuur van zijn vacht mooi in beeld gebracht - ziet er erg aaibaar uit! En..... dit paard heeft het aanzienlijk beter dan het bezongen paard ;-). Mooi werk, Hans.

I am a horse-addict :) I can not resist this picture. Beautiful story too.
I love the colours of the horse and the way his fur is shimmering in the sun. Great sharpness.
The horse look very friendly and and calm. Guess what your daughter want for her next birthday :)

A pity you didn't get the picture of the horse and the girl. Normally, I don't like horse pictures, but I love that song, so I had to check this one, and of course your text rewarded me. Sorry I can't say much about the horse.

I have a name for this beautiful horse...Magnificent! Iove horses and do many paintings of them, well all animals but horses are my favorite. I am like your little girl can't help to hug and kiss animals as they let me do it.
