I have taken this photo at imtahleb .Imtahleb is fantastic with fantastic views.From this place one can see this the sunset, the sea and lots of fields.In this time of the year one can admire how lovely this place is.

Welcome to TrekEarth! Your first post is very good. The composition and the colours are excellent. Maybe the sky is a bit overexposed, but it is not easy to manage in a sunny country as Malta!

Firstly, welcome to TE community.

From your 1st post of such good shot, I cannot believe you are new here, or you have very good experience in digital photography.

You have posted a superb view, James, of good pov and composition for this nice landscape, except, perhaps in your photo medium should be Color instead of B&W.

Technically, I would not change anything except to have 800x600pixel of 200kb size. Sharp and good color contrast and saturation.

I would strongly suggest you write a Note of not less than 5 lines, to tell us more.

I tend to see a little smear at top left corner. Well done.

You will be doing well in TE, James, as I can see you are already actively giving critiques, and that is important part of TE experience.

Welcome on TE:) We have a kind of weakness to all Maltese people and things:) Very nice shot, so very green and so very different than all blue ones from Malta;)

If you will add a short note and a few words about you in Intro - all will be perfect;)

Hi James,
It sure looks a fantastic place and you show it here wonderfully. The light and colours are lovely and the compo is very tidy and well done, with the farm very nicely placed and framed with FG wall and the BG terraced slope. It's a pity that the sea and the sky are so grey and a bit hazy, but I can't see what you could do about it. I don't know what is the origin of those spots at the left part of the sky, but they are a bit annoying; you could have them eliminated.

I like the way you've composed this landscape picture. The result is quite well balanced and the presence of the small stone wall in the foreground is nice. Nice and fresh green colors of the fields.

Hi James,
A nice view here, with foreground trees and wall giving depth to the scene ,and nice soft colors and light. The sky is a bit pale, but nevertheless a good picture.

Hello James,

The green colour of the grass is very attractive. I find this image very peaveful and soothing as there seem to be a natural aspect of the environment. The terraces in the background give me an idea of the type of agriculture practiced here. Good perspective and sharpness. Thanks James.
