Photographer's Note

Another shot influenced by other TEers, mainly Jeppe and Maria. I couldn't think of a suitable title today, so offers welcome.

Whilst crossing to the Neringa spit national park we had to wait for this container ship to pass. I took a few, but this is my favourite, since it show the other ferry waiting to come back, even though I lost the bow in the tree on the opposite bank, and clipped the back of the lorry.

Klaipeda is a really important Baltic port, since it's the most northerly one that's ice free all year. There've been plans to build a bridge for years, but I think it's best to leave it slightly inaccessible. The only other access is from the south, via the Russian Kaliningrad enclave.

Tech: cropped some cars and the bottom, with only bonnets visible. Slightly sharpened, darkened the sky a touch.
