Photographer's Note

Ferrara's Dome from the arch of Municipal Palace.
Ferrara is a beautiful town, with incredible witnesses of its medieval past: the Dome, the Urban Walls, Municipal Palace and, most famous, tha Estense Castle (a particual fortification in the town's center, owned to Este Family).

I've been in Ferrara on April 25, in Italy is Liberation Day (we celebrate the Liberation from Nazi), so there was a lot of people in the street... by foot, by bicycle: a lively province town!!!
In these picture I try to give the sense of people and architecture "living" togheter in armony... (at least during holiday and in a small town)!

I know that the dome is a bit overexposed... but I have a compact camera and in this kind of composition I can't manage it very well...
