Photographer's Note

We all know about the famous Pantheon in Rome, no doubt about that.

Clearly one of the most preserved Roman buildings, one of the most famous and one of the most visited.

The title refers to Romulus, the founder of Rome - who according to Roman legend, at his death , was seized by an eagle and taken off into the skies with the Gods.

The photo is a little dark, but that's on purpose, it would have been very easy to brighten it, but I liked this moody darkened atmosphere.

In my next post I'll show a more typical viewpoint.
