This photo has been taken last day of our holiday in Italy. ND filter and long exposure made the "milky" sea and hikey feel which I like.
It is taken without tripod, the camera has been on the ground....

Nice high-key lighting effect on this shot. Combined with the slow shutter speed it creates kind of a dream world.
