Only half an hour later it was raining again... continuing my series about the rainy summer (alway from the same POV::here, here and here).

This is the entrance to Vallunga (see map), one of the few areas left in Val gardena without touristic infrastructures... Here you can see very well the U-shape of the valley which means it was made by glaciers / ice, different from the V-shaped valley which were made by rivers / water like Val Gardena itself (Vallunga is a side valley of Val Gardena).
