Photographer's Note
Fifth of the masked characters I've posted, taken at Carnival in Venice.
The fog gave this picture an interesting atmosphere, and the crowds forced me to use this perspective which worked out well, although the bright sky was difficult for exposure.

Hello Kyle,
Super composition, colours and subject.
I have been there many times but never in cold months like during Venice carnival.I like this foggy day.

There is a number of venetian masks on both TE & TL sites...Never commented their images because of their dullnes (photos, that is). The mask itself is quite often an art piece, but the photo of the same mask is just yet another registry...that's all.
This time is different. You answered the art of a mask with the art of your photo - and that's the only way of approach the subject (any subject!).
Fantastic PHOTO (mind you..not the mask !).
A+++++
Regards
George
