Streets of Burano, a photo from Venice, Veneto

Photographer's Note

Spesso, per passare un sabato o domenica tranquilli ( niente automobili, finalmente!), ci rechiamo a Burano, che da casa mia (autobus+battello) raggiungiamo in circa 1 ora e 30 minuti.
Ci sono milioni di foto su questa isola, ma ogni volta, anch'io mi porto a casa qualche immagine, perchè ogni volta è diverso, stagione, orario, luce, meteo, cambiano, e anche le immagini sono diverse.

Often, to spend a Saturday or Sunday quiet (no cars, finally!), we go to Burano, which from our house (bus + boat) we reach in about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
There are millions of photos on this island, but each time, I also bring home some pictures, because it's different every time, season, time, light, weather, change, and the pictures are different.

excellent composition in true Burano colors, minimalist and very eye-catching due to that orange wall standing out in the light. The perfect sky adds juicy contrast as well. Thanks and all the best

You use these narrow street for depth and perspective.

Hi Corrado,
this is an excellently composed impression of this well known place! But I agree to you, it is a totally different POV.
I think you are a lucky man, having the chance to visit Burano almost every Saturday/Sunday. Burano is on my "places I have to see list". But until I get there I am looking forward to seeing your photos!
